Keys & locks
Residents will receive two sets of keys upon move-in.
More keys can be purchased or replaced at any time – contact us at (613) 366-5020 or drop-by the Accora Centre.
If you are locked out of your home at any time, please call us at (613) 366-5020.
Please note we can only allow access to registered leaseholders and occupants with identification.

- If you are uncertain about your utility service and responsibilities, please check your Lease Agreement.
Additional utilities including internet, phone, cable, etc. are optional & up to you. Contact your desired service provider to set-up an account.
Each year, your rent increases by a certain percentage as determined by the Ontario Government. Capital expenditures completed in your area/building may result in Above Guideline Increases (AGI).
Fees & Payment Details
Our preferred payment method is Pre-Authorized Payments – the rent is automatically taken out of your bank account on the first day of every month! Contact email@example.com or 613-366-5020 for more details and to register for Pre-Authorized Payments. Ask us about our special promotions.
