MAY RENT PAYMENTS
While you are expected to pay your rent on or before the first day of every month, we recognize you may face unexpected financial difficulties over the coming period. As such, we continue to update our processes.
Accora Village has postponed all rent increases effective immediately. If you had a rent increase that was due to start on April 1 or later, the increase has been deferred until further notice.
Accora Village is providing residents with online rent payment options which include RENTCafé, pre-authorized payment and online banking. Rent payments via credit card (no fees will be added during this time), or cheque continue to be available. Cheques can be delivered to the drop box outside the Leasing Office at the Accora Centre or the cheque box in the lobby of your building.
If you have concerns about an upcoming rent payment due to employment changes or a job loss, please email us at connect@accoravillage.com or call 613-416-1529. A team member will contact you, so we can work together to find a solution.
REMINDER – If you have already reached out to our team to discuss alternative support for late rent payment, you do not need to contact us again.
INCOME TAX STATEMENTS
The deadline for individuals to file their income taxes has been extended to June 1, 2020. Residents requiring their income tax statement for 2019 rent payments are encouraged to email leasing@accoravillage.com or call 613-366-5020.
FITNESS AT HOME
The Accora Centre remains closed at this time, however, you can still work out at home by using our free Wellbeats virtual fitness classes until May 31! To access hundreds of virtual classes, download the Wellbeats app and enter our unique access code – 1102e4c4.
