Terms and Conditions
Individuals who sign a lease for a studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom apartment at our Orion *or Cobalt** buildings will receive one (1) month in free rent, deducted at the beginning of their lease, subject to unit availability.
In addition to one (1) month of free rent, those individuals will automatically be entered into a draw for one of three (3) vacation prizes valued between $1,000 and $2,500 CAD. Winners will be drawn once per month between January 2, 2025 and March 31, 2025. Ferguslea Properties (Accora Village) reserves the right to announce winners on social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. No purchase necessary.
