Referral Bonus
Residents who refer a friend or family member to any unit in our community are eligible to receive a $250 credit against their rent. The friend or family member they refer is ALSO eligible for the same one-time, $250 credit.
Terms and Conditions: To be eligible, your friend or family member must inform their Leasing Representative during the application process, prior to final signing of the lease. Residents on notice or under past tenant status are not eligible for this referral program. Please note that the credit will be applied on the second full rental payment.
