Yes. You can book a tour through our website, over the phone or by email at inquiry@accoravillage.com, to see available apartments, townhomes, and community amenities in person. A tour is a great way to get a feel for the space and see what everyday life at Accora Village looks like.
What are the requirements to rent at Accora Village?
Rental requirements can vary depending on your situation and the home you’re applying for. Our Leasing Consultants can walk you through the application requirements, required documentation, and next steps.
What documents do I need to apply?
Applicants need to provide identification, proof of income, a credit check, criminal record check, and other information as part of the application process. Your Leasing Consultant can provide a complete list of the documents required for your application.
Do your apartments have dens?
Our apartments do not offer dens. Select townhomes include additional basement space that works well as a home office, hobby or fitness space, playroom, or extra storage.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utility inclusions vary by rental home and apartment. We offer select apartment buildings with utilities included, and the majority of our properties include water and heat (hydro extra). Please speak with a Leasing Consultant for more information about your specific apartment or townhome.
How long can I lease an apartment or townhome at Accora Village?
Long-term rental homes and apartments are available with lease terms starting at 12 months, with no maximum lease term. Renewal incentives and longer-lease term incentives may also be available for eligible residents.
When Can I View an Available Apartment or Townhome?
You can book a tour to explore available apartments and townhomes at Accora Village. It’s a great way to get a feel for the layout, see the space in person, and ask our Leasing Team questions about your next home. Explore available rentals and book a tour online, by phone or email.
Are Two- and Three-Bedroom Apartments or Townhomes Available for Families?
Yes. Accora Village offers a variety of apartment and townhome layouts, including two- three- and four-bedroom options to suit different household needs. Select townhomes also offer private outdoor spaces and additional basement space. Explore available homes to find a layout that works for your family.
What Is a Short-Term Rental, and How Long Can I Stay?
Yes. Short-term rentals are available for residents who need more flexibility. Accora Village offers short-term rentals starting at 7 days, with heat, hydro, water, internet, and access to our recreation facility included. They’re a practical option for temporary work assignments, relocations, or a stay in Ottawa while you figure out your next move. Learn more about short-term rentals.
Do you accept ODSP or rent supplements?
We do not typically accept rent payments from third parties. If you receive ODSP or a rent supplement, please speak with a Leasing Consultant about your specific situation and available options.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
We do not typically accept guarantors. Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances, including for international students. Please speak with a Leasing Consultant to discuss your situation.

Is Accora Village pet-friendly?
Yes. Accora Village welcomes pets, with options for residents who want to enjoy more space for themselves and their furry companions. Contact our Leasing Team for current pet-friendly apartments and pet policies and requirements.
Are There Pet-Friendly Apartments and Townhomes Near Parks and Trails?
Yes. Accora Village welcomes pet owners and offers a convenient west Ottawa location near green spaces, parks, and outdoor pathways. Britannia Beach, Andrew Haydon Park, and nearby Ottawa River pathways provide plenty of opportunities to get outside with your four-legged companion. Are there restrictions on pets?

Is parking available for residents?
Yes. Are you looking for an apartment with parking? You can find indoor and outdoor resident parking throughout Accora Village. Parking options and availability can vary by property, so speak with a Leasing Consultant about the options available with your home.
Is visitor parking available?
Visitor parking is available in designated areas throughout the community. Please follow posted parking requirements and community guidelines when having guests visit.
Do you offer electric vehicle charging stations?
Yes. Accora Village offers on-site electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in partnership with FLO, making it easier to charge your vehicle close to home. If you’re looking for apartments with electric vehicle charging, consider Accora Village.
Do you offer vehicle rental or car-sharing services?
Yes. Communauto car-sharing vehicles are available on-site for Accora Village residents. Car sharing gives residents another option for errands, appointments, and getting around Ottawa without needing a vehicle of their own. Learn more about Communauto.
Do you offer bike storage or bike lockers?
Yes. We offer apartments with bike storage and lockers may be available as add-ons to your lease. Availability varies. To request a storage locker, please email connect@accoravillage.com or call 613-366-5020 (press 1, then 2).

What amenities are included with rent at Accora Village?
Your home comes with more than four walls. Accora Village residents have access to community amenities, programs, and recreation facilities designed to make everyday life more active and social, with options for fitness, swimming, sports, and family fun.
What facilities are available at the Accora Centre?
The Accora Centre is the community’s recreation hub, with indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness centre, personal training, gymnasium, sports courts, and spaces for recreation programming. Residents can use the facilities year-round for workouts, swimming, sports, and many other activities.
Do residents have access to the pools and fitness centre?
Yes. Accora Village residents can access the recreation facilities at the Accora Centre, including the pools and fitness centre, subject to current access policies and operating hours.
What recreation programs are available for residents?
Accora Village offers community recreation programming year-round ranging from music and dance lessons, yoga, art classes, sports, workshops and more. Programs and activities can change seasonally, so residents can check the current recreation schedule for what’s available.
Can residents use the sports courts and gymnasium?
Yes. Residents can access the sports courts and gymnasium at the Accora Centre, subject to availability, operating hours, and current recreation policies. Visit your resident portal to see all community programs and services, or speak with a Recreation team member in person or at play@accoravillage.com.
Are there parks, trails, and recreational spaces near Accora Village?
Yes. Accora Village is surrounded by parks, green spaces, and pathways, with the Ottawa River, Britannia Beach, and Andrew Haydon Park all nearby. It’s easy to fit a walk, bike ride, or outdoor adventure into your day.
Do you offer seasonal equipment rentals?
Yes. Accora Village offers seasonal equipment rentals for residents. Spring through fall, residents can borrow youth and adult bicycles. Winter equipment includes youth and adult skates and snowshoes. Equipment loans are free for up to 3 hours, with all-day rentals also available for a fee. Learn more about equipment rentals.
Can residents rent recreation facilities for private events?

Living at Accora Village
Is maintenance available on-site?
Yes. Accora Village has an on-site maintenance team to help keep homes and shared spaces clean, safe and running smoothly. Residents can submit maintenance requests when something in their home needs attention.

Is Accora Village a secure community?

Is Accora Village suitable for families?
Yes. Accora Village offers spacious apartments and townhomes for families and private outdoor spaces in select homes. The community offers recreation facilities, parks, two elementary schools, an Early-On Centre, a community centre, gardens and an outdoor hockey rink. The Accora Centre also offers a variety of community programs and events for families and for seniors.
