Aquafit

Aquafit involves cardiovascular activity, balance, and strength training using the water’s resistance. The added benefit of Aquafit is its low impact on joints. Great for all levels of fitness.
Improve your strength, range of motion and flexibility. Work through functional movement patterns while using dumbbells and body weight.

Functional Strength

Get a great workout while learning the safe and proper form for each exercise. This class is great for beginners wanting to start their fitness journey or for those who are looking to ease back into it.

BINGO

A monthly favourite, our Seniors BINGO drop-in provides an opportunity to visit friends and enjoy some friendly competition. There will be prizes for the winner!
