Terms and Conditions
Individuals who sign a 13-month lease for a studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom apartment at our Orion *or Cobalt** buildings and move in by the end of February, 2025 will receive one (1) month in free rent, deducted at the beginning of their lease, subject to unit availability.
In addition to one (1) month of free rent, those individuals will receive a $500 gift card for Bayshore Shopping Centre. Ferguslea Properties (Accora Village) reserves the right to announce recipients on social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
