Accora Village offers modern short and medium-term rental apartments at our Orion and Cobalt properties within our community. Each unit is fully-furnished and equipped with modern appliances, finishes and basic necessities to make your stay comfortable.
During your stay, we invite you to enjoy all of the amenities that our community has to offer including our Accora Centre recreation facility, indoor and outdoor pools, bike, snowshoe and skate rentals, NCC-maintained multi-use walking trails, the Ottawa River, Andrew Haydon Park, Britannia public beach, Bayshore Shopping Centre and more.
Conveniently located near Highway 417 and with direct access to a major public transit station, it’s an easy commute to Canada’s largest technology park in Kanata North, to downtown Ottawa or wherever you need to go. Residents without a car, can take advantage of our Communauto car-sharing option.
Great for business travel, visiting family or friends in the area, or as temporary housing for those awaiting longer-term availability. We have spaces to accommodate up to four people.
