Join us for a Clean Up the Village event this spring! Let’s come together as a community to work together and make our village clean and green on the inside and outside.
From April 22 to August 9 we are challenging residents to declutter and spring clean inside their home, yards and balconies, and our community parking areas.
Email your favourite spring cleaning tips and tricks, or before and after photos of your home cleanup, for a chance to win:
- two $100 Visa gift cards;
- two $50 program credits to the Accora Centre
Entries can be submitted to events@accoravillage.com no later than August 9. Winners will be announced on August 10 at the Community Clean.
Community Clean
Join us on August 10 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Accora Centre for a community-wide spring cleanup! Bring your family, friends and neighbours and let’s pitch it to spruce up our streets and green space.
Light snacks, beverages as well as gloves and garbage bags will be provided. Prizes, lively music during our litter pick-up and some fascinating lessons about the invasive species in Graham Creek.
