Accora Village was founded by Minto Properties in the late 1960s. Since then, it has grown considerably, becoming Canada’s largest privately-owned rental community. The village encompasses 10 high-rise buildings and a combination of 986 townhomes, garden homes, and executive garden homes. Ferguslea Properties is the current owner of these buildings, home to approximately 8,000 residents. The company is in the process of revitalizing more than 2,400 of its units to ensure a top-notch lifestyle for all tenants.
Once you’ve found a place that best suits you at Accora Village, the next step is to fill out our rental application. A direct link to this form can be found by scrolling down on our listings, just past the photos. This link will take open a new page where you can review your desired floor plan and basic lease information.Â
Next, you’ll be prompted to create an account with Accora Village. Through this portal, you’ll be able to keep track of your applications and check their status. This portal will allow you to access up-to-date building information and submit maintenance requests if your application is accepted. After setting up an account, you’ll be required to fill out additional information and attach a few files for us to review.Â
