With the warmer weather upon us, we hope you are finding time to enjoy the outdoors and some of the beautiful tulips that are blossoming in our community. PARKS AND PLAY STRUCTURES
Bayshore Park has now re-opened to the public, including the sporting amenities. While the basketball courts, fields, and baseball diamond are now open, a friendly reminder that gatherings at these areas of over five people is still prohibited. Please be mindful of appropriate physical distancing guidelines at all times.
As per the City of Ottawa guidelines, play structures remain closed until further notice. Therefore, the play structures near Deschenes Court and behind the Accora Recreation Centre are closed until further notice.
The City of Ottawa will be continuing to issue fines to anyone who is found to not be in compliance with bylaws. To learn more about the current COVID-19 restrictions, please click here. We thank you for your cooperation.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Our resident service office continues to be closed to the public at this time. Essential service requests are still being accepted by email: maintenance@accoravillage.com or by calling us at (613) 366-5020 and press the prompt for Maintenance.
All non-essential service requests will be recorded and dealt with at a later date. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
BALCONY SAFETY
If you live in an apartment with access to a balcony, we encourage you to utilize it for fresh air, but please take proper safety precautions. Please never leave a child unattended on your balcony. We thank you for your cooperation.
JUNE RENT PAYMENTS
If you have concerns about an upcoming rent payment due to employment changes or a job loss, please email us at connect@accoravillage.com or call (613) 416-1529. A team member will contact you so we can work together to find a solution.
