Absolutely! From the leashed walking and park areas of Andrew Hayden Park and Brittania Beach to the off-leash dog park at Bruce Pit—not to mention several pet-friend businesses in the area, like the Kichessipi Beer Company—you’ll find there’s a lot you can do with your pet around Accora Village.
Within our facilities, we don’t currently offer grooming or daycare services. However, there are several businesses nearby that do! Masters ‘n Dogs offers grooming services while you can put your dog in daycare at The Canine Clubhouse.
At Accora Village, we know that pets come in all shapes and sizes. We allow for multiple pets in our Ottawa apartments (within the limits permitted by the City of Ottawa), which we encourage you to outline on your application for should you apply to live in one of our units. Our pet-friendly apartments in Ottawa handle maintenance on request. As a resident, if you have any repair issues, please contact us or submit a request via the Accora Village App. Non-emergency maintenance requests are attended to within two business days.
Should your maintenance issue be an emergency, such as a loss of heat or power, an electrical outlet smoking or sparking, a major water leak, or a clogged toilet, please email connect@accoravillage.com, or call 613-366-5020.Â
When preparing for maintenance, ensure your secondary locks are unlocked, your pets are secure, any personal items are removed from work areas like counters and tables, and all items are cleared from the area where the maintenance is needed.
